Can I offer Mobile without the TV apps?
Yes. Mobile-only reseller membership provides a dedicated panel for Mobile branding, customers and activation codes. Ask for setup and monthly pricing. TV app builds are a separate offering.
How do customers connect on iPhone?
You add the customer to your panel and generate a fresh five-digit code. They open your branded Mobile link in Safari and enter that code. Each browser installation uses a device slot.
Do I need to pay to see a preview?
No payment is needed to request a branded preview or try the public app designer. Creating and downloading finished APKs requires approved access.
Does this include channels or a provider subscription?
No. Mastermind supplies the branded app experience and management tools. Your provider supplies content and service subscriptions.
Can I use my existing provider and devices?
Tell us your device and setup before payment so we can check compatibility. Provider integrations and branding options vary by app.
What happens if I stop renewing?
Membership maintains panel and Studio access. Overdue or ended membership can also interrupt customer app authentication after any agreed grace period. Discuss your transition and hosted downloads with us before ending membership. Read the renewal details.
